  29. 1. We added a registration mechanism so that future versions  of 
  30.    ActiveX Manager can easily   be  downloaded     by registered 
  31.    users. This is the main reason for the release of version 1.3

  33. 2. We fixed a bug in the report generator.  Now you can properly 
  34.    filter out misbehaved controls.

  36. 3. We fixed the default icon for the OCX file type.

  38. 4. DLL files now have their own pop-up menu in Windows Explorer.
